Select the option that applies, then enter your name & address, the course name and address, the 7 sections of data that will appear in the General Information Page and any comments or special information in the last entry block. Use the mouse or tab key to procede to the next entery block. Use of the Enter key will terminate the entry procedure and submit the data to GOLFHOLES.
